All Sales Are Final
Because our hats are custom-made and handcrafted, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bigfootshatranch@yahoo.com.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and any damage
We will review the situation and work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, we may repair or replace the item at our discretion.
