Order Processing

All orders are designed, handcrafted, and shipped from Kentucky, USA.

Many of our products are made-to-order, which means processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the order, current production volume, and seasonal demand.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing includes creating, preparing, and packaging your order before it is shipped.

Most orders are processed within 3-10 business days, though custom orders may require additional time. If your order will experience a significant delay, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been completed and shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control, particularly during holidays, severe weather events, or peak shipping seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
